Our History ::
Mortgage Associated Services, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, supports mortgage
origination companies in completing the activities of loan processing and closing. Since our
inception in 1992, we have processed and closed over 50,000 loans for financial institutions
and mortgage brokers nationwide. MAS currently operates in more than twenty states across the nation. Our proprietary processing and closing software is designed to comply with all state and federal regulations as they relate to the loan originator's ability to conduct business in those states. MAS processes and prepares closing documents for the following investors: - Flagstar Bank, FSB - Interfirst / ABN Mortgage Group - Ohio Savings Bank - U.S. Bank, N.A. - Principal Residential Mortgage - Wells Fargo Home Mortgage - First Horizon  |
